During the summer of 2014 more than 70,000 US and international campers attended a US Sports Camps program. US Sports Camps currently offers 24 programs in 15 different sports.

Our summer sports camps include: Baseball, Basketball, Crew, Field Hockey, Football, Golf, Gymnastics, Lacrosse, Multi-Sport, Rugby, Running, Soccer, Softball, Swim, Tennis, Ultimate, Volleyball, Waterpolo, and Yoga. We also offer several International sports camps around the world. Our sports camps continue to grow thanks to an outstanding community of Camp Directors and the dedication of the entire USSC staff. SUMMER CAMP JOBS:
Each camp director is responsible for hiring their own staff and typically hire in late winter and early spring. CAMP FACILITIES: We have three facilites within a 2 mile raduis that host our summer camps. A cultural center that offers a technically advanced 316-seat theater, multiple gallery spaces, a dance studio as well an art studio for a variety of classes and a community room. A museum that has over 10 historic structures, 30,000 artifacts, a festival area and an outdoor amphitheater. A schoolhouse which has been renovated from the early 20th century, which houses studios for art, pottery, papermaking, jewelry and
weaving.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The City of Lakewood Summer Arts Camps has added new camps to their summer program that offer campers the support and encouragement to explore a variety of different art forms. Sessions include Art, Theater, Dance, Singing, Magic and History for ages 4-18. We offer half day camps with a full day option as well as our new extended studio program for early drop-off, late pick-up and lunch sessions; register for all three extended studio programs along with your camps and get a discount!

CAMP FACILITIES: We offer overnight/sleepaway dance camps in beautiful locations where the pace of life is slower. At ADTC, mountains, forests and lakes will surround you. You'll raise your serotonin, boost your immune system, and do what you love all day long.

Our dance camps are near renowned destination resorts & famous cities. At ADTC, you'll have access to all of the activities you'd want to enjoy at camp, as well as all of the amenities you'd expect to find at a resort. And we have just as much fun outside the dance studio as we do in class!

ADTC choreographers have the most impressive dance resumes: they are Radio City Rockettes; Broadway & MTV performers; celebrities from your favorite dance TV shows; and collegiate dance team competitors.

No matter what level dancer you are, we’ve got fun & challenging dance classes that’ll fit you just right.

You’ll take four dance classes daily and at week’s end you get to show off your new moves in a big Friday night performance for family, friends and fellow campers.

In addition to core dance classes in contemporary, hip hop & jazz (styles of jazz vary and may include lyrical, modern or Broadway), you’ll choose between ballet, tap or world dance for your core elective dance class.

CAMP FACILITIES: A spacious studio with multiple dance floors, off-street parking, dressing rooms, and a refrigerator to store snacks and lunches brought by dancers.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The KRD Pre-Professional Summer Dance Intensive is designed to provide young dancers with sound technical dance training in a challenging yet nurturing and fun environment. KRD faculty members create a symmetry between professional approach and personable natures, creating a balance of focus and freedom for the student.

KRD strives to craft an environment in which students may thrive as they develop into well-rounded, versatile dancers. Attention is given to providing opportunities for students to also explore their own creative ideas through guided choreographic exercises.

In addition to dance skills and vocabulary, dancers also develop performance skills. Classes will be offered in Modern Dance Technique, Ballet Technique, Repertory, Stretch and Strengthening, and Jazz. CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: A limited number of work-study scholarships are offered on a first come, first served basis

YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Year-Round dance classes are provided at The Academy of Kim Robards Dance. Programs are offered for dancers ages 3-adult, including a Pre-Professional Program that includes year-round, comprehensive dance training as well as multiple performance opportunities.

OTHER CAMP INFO: No audition is required. If necessary, a placement class will be held on the first day of the intensive in order to accurately place dancers in their appropriate class level.

June 23 - July 11, 2014. Culminating performance will be on July 11, 2014. $10.00 registration fee, $1350.00 for full participation, $540.00 for one week of participation or $20.00 per class.

CAMP FACILITIES: We are located near section 16 hiking trails, lodge built into the earth, open fields for obstacle courses and great dirt roads and hiking trails for running.

Suzanne Himka, RD, CSCS iis a Registered Dietitian and Certified Strength and Condititoning Specialist who has over 25 years of coaching gymnastics experience as well as collegiate experience. She currently teaches PE, fitness & Nutrition for The University School and owner of Fit for a King. She has competed and won on the popular television show, "American Gladiators" and wanted to offer a camp based on these popular television shows knowing what is required to try out and make it.

Frances Chacon is a Certified Level One Track Coach as well as a ISSA Certified personal trainer who specialize in speed, agility, balance and explosiveness training with young athletes. She has over 30 years of coaching experience with young athletes.

SUMMER CAMP JOBS:
We are looking for Christian teens who love parkour and are good camp counselors who want to get volunteer hours. Will need to pass interview process.

CAMP FACILITIES: Boulder Ballet School is in the Dariy Arts Center, and has three spacious, beautiful studios with marly floors.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Boulder Ballet offers comprehensive and rewarding dance experiences for those looking to increase their knowledge and experience in classical ballet as well as other dance forms. Our summer programs are ideal for those looking to become diverse movers with rigorous training and a good dose of fun. Our classes offers top-quality instructors dedicated to the learning process of each individual student. We will offer a variety of programs over the summer of 2022. Summer Session: June 6-August 6
8 week session of weekly classes for ages 3-adult, and all levels of ballet classes. Contemporary classes available for ages 9-adult.

Summer Intensive: July 11-July 30
3 week camp that meets Monday-Saturday, for ages 10-18 with prior ballet experience. Taught by Boulder Ballet faculty and professional company dancers, this program offers ballet, pointe, jazz, acting, and other styles of dance essential to a well rounded dancer.

Master Classes: August 8-August 12
A strong platform for dancers who want to attain a professional ballet experience and for those who simply want to deepen their enjoyment of the art of dance. This year, our Master Classes teacher is Colorado Ballet’s long time principle Sharon Wehner. This series is for dancers 8-adult.

YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Boulder Ballet School offers year round classes, training, and performance opportunities for students of all ages.

CAMP FACILITIES: We have a 6,000 square foot indoor training facility and 1,000 square foot outdoor rig and turf. Our obstacles are full scale ninja training obstacles, along with strength training equipment and parkour equipment.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: In addition to our numerous proprietary obstacles, campers will learn the classics such as the warped wall, salmon ladder, cliff hanger, quad steps, wing nuts, and more!

Camp curriculum covers all aspects of becoming a ninja, including: balance, body awareness, agility, swings & catches, grip, strength, power and more. We also cover topics such as training safety, falling appropriately, and the mental skills of facing fears, creating discipline and meeting new challenges with confidence.

Warrior Playground has provided children’s ninja and movement programming to the Longmont area for the last 8-years.

Our youth-curriculum was developed by American Ninja Warrior athlete and facility owner, Sam Banola, who has 30+ years of experience in the fitness industry. Sam is well-known for his unique, effective and uber-fun methods of teaching ninja skills to kids, and his ingenious, one-of-a-kind obstacle-designs.

Our staff are highly trained athletes and coaches, most of whom have competed on American Ninja Warrior and/or other national ninja and obstacle competitions. Safety is our number-one priority, and in addition to their coaching expertise, our staff are rigorously trained in injury-prevention and youth activity management and safety.
